Wherever under the Loan Documents any matter is required to be satisfactory to Lender, Xxxxxx has the right to approve or determine any matter or Lender has an election, Xxxxxx’s approval, determination or election will be made in Xxxxxx’s reasonable discretion unless expressly provided to the contrary.
