Xxxxxxx and Scheduled Services. When a classroom teacher is assigned or has the responsibility for a student whose health care plan requires special health or medically- related services, the classroom teacher shall not be expected to provide these services on a routine or scheduled basis. The maintenance of a medical appliance or apparatus used by the student to sustain his/her bodily functions shall be the responsibility of the individual caregiver as assigned in the health care plan.
