– Xxxxxxx Appointment – Non-Discrimination. (a) The Union shall have the right to appoint a Xxxxxxx in any shop or job where workmen are employed under the terms of this Agreement. Such Xxxxxxx shall be allowed sufficient time to see that the provisions of this Agreement are observed on the job and to perform such other duties in connection with this Agreement as may be assigned to him by the Business Manager of the Union.
