Xxxxxx’x Improvements. Tenants will be able to perform certain improvements on their spots. i. Gravel, concrete and asphalt will be allowed ii. Other improvements will be considered on a case by case basis iii. The use of hazardous chemicals (i.e. soil sterilizer) will not be allowed All improvements made to the leased pit spot will immediately become the property of the SDRA. Leasehold improvements may not be removed from the leased pit spot.
