Xxxxxxx in Arbitration Proceedings. If the City and any third party agree to binding arbitration as the method of dispute resolution between them and their claims or any of them arise out of or are related to Contractor’s services, Contractor agrees to be joined in such arbitration proceeding as a party and that the Arbitrator(s) decision therein shall be final and binding on Contractor and judgment may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
