Xxxxxxx Incident Insurance Recoveries. The 2020 revenue requirement includes a credit of $30.000 million on account of forecast insurance recoveries by Westcoast in relation to the October 9, 2018 rupture of the NPS 36 pipeline between compressor stations 4A and 4B on the T-South system near Xxxxxxx, British Columbia (the “Xxxxxxx Incident”). Any difference between the forecast and actual Xxxxxxx Incident insurance recoveries by Westcoast will be recorded in the Xxxxxxx Incident Insurance Recoveries Deferral Account for amortization in the year following the year in which such insurance recoveries are recovered by Westcoast. This Agreement is not intended to limit the positions that may be taken by Westcoast or each of the Stakeholders regarding the Xxxxxxx Incident.

  • Commercial Automobile Insurance If the Grantee’s duties include the use of a commercial vehicle, the Grantee shall maintain automobile liability, bodily injury, and property damage coverage. Insuring clauses for both bodily injury and property damage shall provide coverage on an occurrence basis. The Department, its employees, and officers shall be named as an additional insured on any automobile insurance policy. The minimum limits shall be as follows: $200,000/300,000 Automobile Liability for Company-Owned Vehicles, if applicable $200,000/300,000 Hired and Non-owned Automobile Liability Coverage

  • Employment Insurance Rebate The short-term sick leave plan shall be registered with the Employment Insurance Commission (EIC). The nurses' share of the employer's Employment Insurance premium reduction will be retained by the Hospital towards offsetting the cost of the benefit improvements contained in this agreement.

  • Unemployment Insurance Rebate The short-term sick leave plan shall be registered with the Unemployment Insurance Commission (UIC). The employee's share of the Employer's unemployment insurance premium reduction will be retained by the Hospital towards offsetting the cost of the benefit improvements contained in this Agreement.

  • ADDITIONAL INSURED ENDORSEMENT AND PRIMARY AND NON-CONTRIBUTORY INSURANCE CLAUSE Supplier agrees to list Sourcewell and its Participating Entities, including their officers, agents, and employees, as an additional insured under the Supplier’s commercial general liability insurance policy with respect to liability arising out of activities, “operations,” or “work” performed by or on behalf of Supplier, and products and completed operations of Supplier. The policy provision(s) or endorsement(s) must further provide that coverage is primary and not excess over or contributory with any other valid, applicable, and collectible insurance or self-insurance in force for the additional insureds.

  • Basic Medical Insurance All regular Employees may choose to be covered by the medical plan for which the British Columbia Medical Plan is the licensed carrier. Benefits and premiums shall be in accordance with the existing policy of the plan. The Employer will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the regular premium.

  • Risk of Loss and Insurance The State shall not be liable to Contractor for any risk of Deliverable loss or damage while Deliverables are in transit, or while in the Client Agency’s possession, except when such loss or damage is due directly to the Client Agency’s negligence or intentional misconduct. Nothing in this Section is intended nor shall it be construed, in any manner, as waiving or compromising the sovereign immunity of the State. The insurance required by this Section shall be written on an occurrence basis as opposed to a “claims made” basis and shall be on such forms, and contain such endorsements and terms, as shall be acceptable to DAS. Before commencing Performance, the Contractor shall obtain and maintain at its own cost and expense for the Term of this Contract, the insurance described below. Contractor shall assume any and all deductibles in the described insurance policies. The Contractor’s insurers shall have no right of recovery or subrogation against the State and the described Contractor’s insurance shall be primary coverage. Any failure to comply with the claim reporting provisions of the policy shall not affect coverage provided to the State.

  • Malpractice Insurance During the entire contract period, and at the Contractor's own expense in whole or in part from contract funds, Contractor shall ensure that each of its attorneys has malpractice insurance coverage in the minimum amount required by the Oregon State Bar. Contractor shall provide proof of such insurance to PDSC on request.

  • Group Insurance 38.01 The Group Insurance Plan presently in effect shall remain in effect during the term of this Agreement.

  • Commercial Automobile Liability Insurance During the term of this Contract, Supplier will maintain insurance covering all owned, hired, and non-owned automobiles in limits of liability not less than indicated below.   • Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance The Contractor shall provide a Commercial Umbrella Liability Insurance to provide excess coverage above the Commercial General Liability, Commercial Business Automobile Liability and the Workers' Compensation and Employers' Liability to satisfy the minimum limits set forth herein.
