Xxxxxxx Permit. For any construction contract and any construction subcontract in the amount of $5,000,000 or more, Contractor and the subcontractor(s) shall obtain sellers permits from the SBE and shall register the jobsite as the place of business for the purpose of allocating local sales and use tax to the AUTHORITY. Contractor and its subcontractors shall remit the self-accrued use tax to the SBE, and shall provide a copy of each remittance to the AUTHORITY.
