Xxxxxx’x Right to Terminate. Xxxxxxx shall have the right to terminate any SOWs, Work Order(s) or this Agreement, or any part(s) thereof, for convenience at any time upon at least ninety (90) days prior written notice to Provider; provided that, if more than twenty-five (25) Provider Personnel are assigned to provide the Services to be so terminated, then such termination shall be upon at least one hundred and twenty (120) days prior written notice to Provider. A shorter notice period may be provided in an SOW.

Xxxxxx’x Right to Terminate. Baxter may, at its option, terminate this Agreement on thirty (30) days written notice to AAC. Xxxxxx’x responsibility for the AAC Patents shall also terminate at such time. Further, Baxter, in its sole judgment, may cease making, marketing, sales and/or distribution of any Product at any time.
Xxxxxx’x Right to Terminate. If Sellers determine, in their sole and absolute discretion, that any of the aforementioned conditions have not been met, Sellers shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time prior to the Closing upon written notice to Buyer.
Xxxxxx’x Right to Terminate. In the event that the issue of concern remains unresolved following consultation with the Ethicist as required above, then the Xxxxxx shall have the unilateral right to determine whether the issue amounts to a breach of this Agreement by HCA, and in the event the Xxxxxx makes such determination, the remedies set forth in Section 4 shall apply.
