Common use of Xxxxxxx Rights Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Rights. 5.1 The Xxxxxx may terminate this agreement on not less than three (3) months’ written notice to: The River Tone, Xxxxxxx and Yeo Phosphorus Reduction Project Team, Wessex Water, The Admiralty, Xxxx Xx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Dorset, BH21 3RQ, in which event the Xxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that the Agreed Fee will be adjusted by Wessex Water, based upon the date of termination.
