Common use of Xxxxxxx Seminars Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxx Seminars. The Employer shall grant a maximum of two (2) days leave of absence, without pay, per calendar year for each xxxxxxx for the purpose of attending xxxxxxx courses and seminars sanctioned by the union. The Union will make every effort to provide the Employer with one (1) month's advance notice.The employer agrees to pay each employee for the day(s) involved; and the Union will reimburse the employer for the employee’s wages upon presentation of an itemized invoice.
