Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx any other provision of this Agreement, neither the Regular Certificateholders nor the Trustee shall have any obligation to consent to any amendment or modification of this Agreement unless they have been provided reasonable security or indemnity against their out-of-pocket expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) to be incurred in connection therewith.
