Xxxxxxx’x Compensation and Unemployment Insurance. In adherence with New Jersey State labor laws the Vendor shall maintain, for the protection of the Vendor and all the employees of the Vendor, workers compensation and unemployment insurance coverages, which coverages shall be in full force and effect during the term of this contract and in such policy limits as usual and customary in the industry and as may be required by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
