Xxxxxxxx Taxes. Xxxxxxxx will bear all government taxes, levies, fees and other impositions on the Xxxxxxxx Products, their storage in the Warehouses and otherwise required to be paid by recipients of the Services under Applicable Laws (collectively “Xxxxxxxx Taxes”). If required or permitted under Applicable Laws, Xxxxxxxx will prepare and file any required reports or returns for such Xxxxxxxx Taxes directly with, and pay the Xxxxxxxx Taxes owed directly to, the appropriate governmental authorities. If Pactiv is required under Applicable Laws to prepare and file any required reports or returns for such Xxxxxxxx Taxes directly with, and to collect and remit the Xxxxxxxx Taxes owed directly to, the appropriate governmental authorities, Pactiv will do so and invoice and collect the amount of such Xxxxxxxx Taxes from Xxxxxxxx.
Xxxxxxxx Taxes. The Promoter will pay property taxes in respect of the Apartment till the date of execution of Sale Deed or till obtaining of the Occupation certificate and giving the final intimation as to the completion of the Apartment and calling the Allottee/s to execute the sale deed and expiry of the time provided in that intimation, whichever is earlier. The Allottee/s shall be liable to pay the said taxes and assessments thereafter. It is clarified that the Promoter is not responsible for payment of betterment charges, cesses, levies, duties, taxes (or by whatever name it may be called) etc., which may be levied by the government/ statutory authorities at later stage subsequent to this date and the same shall be paid by the Allottee/s.
