Warehouse Records. Pactiv will create and keep for not less than three (3) years after the date of creation records (whether in printed, electronic or other reproducible format) of: (i) the quantity and type of Xxxxxxxx Products received at, stored in and delivered from each Warehouse, (ii) damage to or loss of a Xxxxxxxx Products prior to or while in the custody of Pactiv at a Warehouse and (iii) amounts invoiced to and paid by Xxxxxxxx under this Agreement. Pactiv will provide Xxxxxxxx with copies of these Warehouse records within five (5) business days after Xxxxxxxx’ written request made during and for a period of three (3) years after the Term. Warehouse Records. Contractor shall deliver to Operator delivery receipts, boat manifests, and other warehouse records received by Contractor covering any material or supplies furnished by Operator. The quantity, description and apparent condition of materials and supplies so received shall be confirmed by Contractor.
