Common use of Xxxxxxxx to be Provided by Manager Clause in Contracts

Xxxxxxxx to be Provided by Manager. Practice hereby authorizes and engages Manager, during the term of this Agreement, to provide and perform on behalf of Practice, the Practice Management Services, and Manager xxxxxx accepts such engagement and agrees to furnish to Practice the Practice Management Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. The Practice Management Services are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein. Manager, within its sole discretion, shall have the right to delegate or subcontract any of the Practice Management Services to be provided by it hereunder to any organization or entity selected by Manager for such purpose, including without limitation to subsidiaries of Manager.
