Xxxxxxxxxx Eligible. 1. All written reprimands properly appealed to arbitration shall be subject to the expedited procedure of this section. 2. Suspensions ranging from one (1) to five (5) days and properly appealed to arbitration may be submitted to the expedited procedure of this section upon the mutual agreement of the parties.
