V., a public company with limited company liability (naamloze vennootschapNaamloze Vennootschap) formed organised and existing under the laws of The Netherlands, registered with the NetherlandsDutch Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 27265167, having its corporate seat registered office at Amsterdam, The Netherlands and its registered business office at Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx 000, 0000 XX XxxxxxxxSchiphol, xxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, and registered with the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 27265167 The Netherlands (the "Seller"“Company”); and, (the Guarantor and the Company being each a “Party” and together the “Parties”).
