Common use of YARD AND LANDSCAPING Clause in Contracts

YARD AND LANDSCAPING. Xxxxxx agrees to properly maintain and care for the Property, and the land associated with the Property. This shall include the maintenance and upkeep of the yard, which shall include keeping the yard, xxxxxx, bushes and landscaping at an appropriate height, edging sidewalks and drives, and at minimum, weekly watering of the yard and any landscaping. Tenant understands that keeping the yard properly watered can prevent unnecessary and costly foundation repairs.
