Common use of Yard Ownership Clause in Contracts

Yard Ownership. Offered to all employees within that classification on that shift utilizing seniority rotation. Nothing shall preclude the Trade Xxxxxxx and Shop Stewards from agreeing in writing to separate overtime selection criteria different from the criteria listed above for each classification during the term of the Agreement (with Chief Xxxxxxx Agreement).
