Overtime Policy. The Chief of Police, or designee, shall determine the availability of overtime. Good faith efforts will be made to equally distribute overtime opportunities among bargaining unit members who are qualified to perform the work assigned, who customarily perform the work assigned and who are available for assignment. For the purpose of effecting equal distribution of Divisional overtime, the Division shall maintain a system of record keeping of overtime worked by members. The system will require that overtime opportunities be offered to all bargaining unit members and, whenever practicable, will result in the assignment of overtime to the member with the fewest overtime hours during the current fiscal year (July 1 through June 30). The system shall be maintained separately from the system for assignment of special duty. If it is determined that a bargaining unit member has not been given their overtime opportunity, it will be the sole obligation of the University to give preference to such member in future overtime assignments to correct the imbalance of opportunity.

Any guest comps or voids not signed will be documented. • Servers are responsible for all bank shortages. All server and bartender bank shortages will be documented. The 50th Street Caboose location requires employees to park in the west parking lot. Parking is permitted in the designated areas only. For safety reasons, employees will use the front entrance when entering or leaving the building unless opening, then you may use the back entrance. Personal phone calls are prohibited on company lines without manager on duty approval. Because of the limited number of phone lines, please use the pay phones during your break periods.
