Yard Post Lights. Maintenance, repair and replacement of the post light at the head of the front walkway on each house lot are homeowner responsibilities. This includes the light sensor affixed to the side of each house that controls the on/off cycle of the lamp. The light fixture is provided for safety and aesthetic purposes.
