Yard Waste Services –. 4.3.1 The Contractor shall provide separate yard waste collection as an additional service during the (approximately) eight months between April 15 and November 15, weather permitting. 4.3.2 The Contractor shall provide the option for residents in eligible RDUs to subscribe for yard waste “cart service.” Residents in eligible RDUs must use carts, compostable yard waste bags, or both. 4.3.3 The Contractor may advertise to City residents that the Contractor will provide additional curbside yard waste collection services. Any such advertising must be approved by the City prior to finalization (e.g., printing or electronic distribution). 4.3.4 Yard waste contract collection service from eligible RDUs shall be performed exclusively by the Contractor.

Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons.   • Transportation Services i) In the event that transportation services for a student served by CONTRACTOR pursuant to an Individual Services Agreement are to be provided by a party other than CONTRACTOR or the LEA or its transportation providers, such services shall be reflected in a separate agreement signed by the parties hereto, and provided to the LEA and SELPA Director by the CONTRACTOR.
