Bundles. Each Bundle lasts for one calendar month, even if it is used sooner, or until it is cancelled or terminated. Your Bundle will automatically be renewed each month for a further month. You may end a Bundle up to 10 working days before it is renewed by contacting Customer Services. If You do, We will end it on the Bundles renewal date. You will be liable for all Charges incurred up to the Bundles renewal date, regardless of when You give notice of cancellation.
Bundles. 3.1 Where the Licensed Software includes one or more Bundles then the Linked Software within each Bundle must be used on the same OSE. Any Non-Linked Software purchased as part of a Bundle may be installed on a different OSE to the Linked Software but is still licensed for use on a single OSE only.

If the Order Form identifies a seat type as being sold as a bundle of seats, that means such seats cannot be purchased individually and must be purchased in bundles of seats of the quantity identified. For example, if Starter seats are sold in bundles of 100, and if a Review determines that a Customer has 100 Starter seats, and a subsequent Review determines that the Customer has 101 limited seats, that Customer will be billed for an additional bundle of 100 limited seats (prorated as appropriate for the number of full months remaining in the then- current Term).

If Your Bundle is renewed, or changed to a different Bundle, unused allowance in Your existing Bundle will not carry over to the next month. If You end Your Bundle or change to a different Bundle You will not be able to use any unused allowance. Any voice call, text, picture message or other use of Airtime outside of or in excess of Your monthly Bundles allowance will be subject to additional call Charges set out in Our Price List or on Our Website.

If You move to a tariff or Bundle with a greater Minimum Period then your current Minimum Period will be extended accordingly. If Your Bundle is renewed, or changed to a different Bundle, unused allowance in Your existing Bundle will not carry over to the next month. If You end Your Bundle or change to a different Bundle You will not be able to use any unused allowance. Any voice call, text, picture message or other use of Airtime outside of or in excess of Your monthly Bundles allowance will be subject to additional call Charges set out in Our Price List or on Our Website. The ‘Unlimited Texts’ tariff allows You to send unlimited texts sent in the UK to UK mobiles and for private, personal and non-commercial purposes and may be subject to a Fair User Policy as described in the Price List. International texts, texts to shortcode services, group text, and picture messages are excluded from this Bundle. If We reasonably suspect You are not acting in accordance with this policy We reserve the right to impose further charges or disconnect your SIM or your tariff.
Bundles. Items measuring less than three (3) inches in diameter and less than four (4) feet in length and collectively weighing less than fifty (50) pounds, which are securely fastened together, including, but not limited to, tree, shrub, and brush trimmings, newspapers and magazines.
