Year 2000 Program. The Servicer has taken steps necessary and appropriate to prevent any problems in its computer and information systems arising from or in connection with the information processing challenges associated with the Year 2000, and will provide to the Insurer such information and reports as the Insurer may reasonably request from time to time with respect to such steps as have or will be taken with respect thereto.
