Common use of Year-End Closure Clause in Contracts

Year-End Closure. During the Year-End Closure, the employees will have the option to utilize their accrued vacation, floating holidays or take sick time. If they have exhausted their vacation and sick they may take the time as unpaid. Sick leave may be used due to illness during the Year-End Closure, subject to Article 20.1.5.

Year-End Closure. During the Yearyear-End Closureend closure, the employees workers will have the option to utilize their accrued vacation, floating holidays or take sick time. If they have exhausted their vacation and sick time they may take the time as unpaid. Sick leave may be used due to illness during the Yearyear-End Closureend closure, subject to Article 20.1.5.
