Common use of Year-End Services Clause in Contracts

Year-End Services. 3.3.1. Year-end services shall consist of the printing of Year End Filings and submittal of tax returns to Authorized Tax Agencies. Customer shall be responsible for mail and courier fees as set forth in this Agreement or as otherwise incurred by PeopleGuru. 3.3.2. Customer is responsible to use the interactive web pages and reports provided by the Service to review and ensure the accuracy of the Year End Filings to be submitted by PeopleGuru either electronically or via paper forms to the relevant tax agency, at least ten (10) days prior to the filing deadline for each Authorized Tax Agency.
