Year of Conversion Contract Rent. During the Year of Conversion (as defined in Section 1.1(c)), the Owner is due subsidy in the amount described in Section 1.3(b)(1). Contract Rents shall equal such subsidy amounts plus any portions payable by Families in accordance with HUD regulations.
