Common use of Yielding up Clause in Contracts

Yielding up. At the end of the Term the Tenant must yield up the Premises with vacant possession, decorated and repaired in accordance with and in the condition required by the provisions of this Lease, give up all keys of the Premises to the Landlord, remove tenant’s fixtures and fittings if requested to do so by the Landlord, and remove all signs erected by the Tenant in, on or near the Premises, immediately making good any damage caused by their removal

Yielding up. 3.16.1 At the end of the Term the Tenant must yield up the Premises with vacant possessionposses- sion, decorated and repaired in accordance with and in the condition required by the provisions of this Lease, give up all keys of the Premises to the Landlord, remove tenant’s 's fixtures and fittings if requested to do so by the Landlord, and remove all signs erected by the Tenant or any of its predecessors in title in, on upon or near the Premises, immediately immedi- ately making good any damage caused by their removal.

At the end of the Term the Tenant must yield up the Premises with vacant possession, (and with the Landlord’s Furniture) decorated and repaired in accordance with and in the condition required by the provisions of this LeaseSublease, give up all keys of the Premises to the Landlord, remove tenant’s fixtures and fittings if requested to do so by the Landlordfittings, and remove all signs erected by the Tenant or any of his predecessors in title in, on or near the Premises, immediately making good any physical damage caused by their removal.
