You Accept This Agreement. If we issue a credit card to you, and you sign it or use it, this disclosure becomes our agreement with you. You agree, as to any dispute between you and us, that the law of the state of West Virginia will be used to control this agreement. Federal law also regulates some areas of this agreement as well.
