Common use of You must compensate Clause in Contracts

You must compensate. Us if You break the contract. If We end the contract in the situations set out in clause 16.10 We will refund any money You have paid in advance for Services We have not provided but We may deduct We may deduct from that refund (or, if you have not made an advance payment, charge you) an amount equal to the Services provided to that date and any costs we have directly incurred in anticipation of carrying out the Services – for example for materials or tank hire.
