You specifically. authorize LifeVantage to communicate with you by e-mail for any purpose, including formal notices pursuant to the Agreement, at the email address you have entered on this application. You consent to receiving communications from LifeVantage by e-mail (“electronically”) and you agree that all agreements, notices, and other communications that LifeVantage provides to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing, unless any applicable mandatory laws specifically require another form of communication.
