Your Financial Protection. When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong. We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. As a member of the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT), DAL has provided a bond to meet the requirements of the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 0000.Xx the event of DAL’s insolvency, protection is provided for non-flight packages commencing in and returning to the UK and other non-flight packages excluding pre-arranged travel to and from your destination. Please note that packages booked outside the UK are only protected when purchased directly with DAL. In the above circumstances, if you have not yet travelled you may claim a refund, or if you have already travelled, you may claim repatriation to the starting point of your non-flight package.

Deposits and Payment Deposits are non refundable. To make a booking you must pay a deposit. Deposits allow Simply Snowsports to hold reservations for you but does not guarantee the final price of the package. Simply Snowsports can only guarantee the final price once full payment has been received. Deposit amount and payment schedule will vary depending on the nature of your package and will be outlined at time of booking. Simply Snowsports reserves the right to cancel your booking without notification if you fail to adhere to the payment schedule outlined at the time of booking. You will be subject to cancellation charges. Changes in exchange rates, fuel charges and taxes may require Simply Snowsports to raise the price of your holiday. Simply Snowsports will absorb the first 2% of any increase. Amounts exceeding 2% will be passed on to you, the customer. If the price increase exceeds 10% you may apply for a full refund, in writing, within 14 days of receiving our additional charges invoice.

If we do fail, any money held at that time by the agent, or subsequently accepted from you by the agent, is and continues to be held by that agent on behalf of and for the benefit of the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust without any obligation to pay that money to us. The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 require us to provide security for the monies that you pay for the package holidays booked from us and for your repatriation in the event of our insolvency. We provide this security by way of an ATOL (number 2524) administered by the Civil Aviation Authority and a bond held by ABTA for packages that do not include flights.

Any monies paid to us for non-licensable products (accommodation and packages which do not include flight elements) are protected by means of a bond held by us with ABTA. This means that if, in the unlikely event of our insolvency, the accommodation or package cannot be provided, the traveller will receive their money back or, if their stay has started, arrangements will be made for them to be able to continue as planned.

Please note that packages booked outside the UK are only protected when purchased directly with DAL. In the above circumstances, if you have not yet travelled you may claim a refund, or if you have already travelled, you may claim repatriation to the starting point of your non-flight package.
