Common use of Your General Obligations Clause in Contracts

Your General Obligations. ‌ 1. You agree that you will use your Orca Account and issue Instructions at all times in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will, in particular, but without limitation, not: (i) engage in any practice that is considered to be market abuse, (ii) use your Orca Account or issue any Instructions in connection with any attempt to launder money or avoid applicable sanctions against any person, company or country, or (iii) provide any false or otherwise misleading information in relation to your identity or personal circumstances that we request in order to provide you with an Orca Account. 2. You agree that you are not and will not become for the duration this Agreement remains valid, a US person for the purposes of residency, citizenship or tax. If you do become a US person you are required to tell us immediately and your Orca Account will be terminated in accordance with paragraph 17.
