Common use of Your Notice Clause in Contracts

Your Notice. You may terminate the Consulting Period at any time upon two (2) weeks’ written advance notice. If the Consulting Period is terminated by you for any reason, you will be entitled to Consulting Fees for all hours actually incurred by you up to the last date that you actually provide consulting services.
