Your Requested Improvements. You may request improvement or modifications to the EarlyWorks Services at any time. However, both Parties agree that this does not confer upon us any obligation to perform the improvements or modifications. Where we do develop the EarlyWorks Services in accordance with your request, any improvement or modification to the EarlyWorks Services (and all Intellectual Property Rights in any such improvement or modification to the EarlyWorks Services) shall remain our property.
