Common use of Your Responsibilities and Restrictions Clause in Contracts

Your Responsibilities and Restrictions. a. You shall be solely responsible for acquiring and maintaining all communication services and equipment necessary for You to access and use the Cloud Services, including but not limited to network equipment, broadband internet access, computer hardware and software and other equipment and services that are compatible with the Cloud Services. iGrafx reserves the right at any time and for any reason to modify the equipment, performance specifications or other services required to access or use the Cloud Services without liability to iGrafx for any cost to You as a result of such modification and You are responsible for making the necessary modifications in services and equipment necessary for Your access and use the Cloud Services.
