YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE. You agree to pay for any damage to the facilities caused by you or your guests through a wilful act or negligence. You agree that you are liable for all losses that the Club incurs as a result of a breach of the agreement by the member or from the member’s negligence.
