Common use of Your Right to Close your Account Clause in Contracts

Your Right to Close your Account. You may close your Account at any time by calling us at the customer service number located on the front of your monthly statement or writing to us at the address for Billing Inquiries and Correspondence located on the front of your monthly statement. Closing your Account does not relieve you of any responsibilities set forth in this Agreement. Specifically, you remain liable for the total outstanding balance on your Account, including all transactions, interest, and fees that have accrued on your Account and any that continue to accrue after your Account has been closed.
