CLOSING OR SUSPENDING YOUR ACCOUNT. We may at any time and for any reason (a) terminate this Agreement; (b) close your account; or (c) suspend your ability to make new transactions on your account. If we do any of those things, each may be done without providing you notice before it happens. You must still fulfill all your duties under the Agreement (including payment of all balances on your account).

CLOSING OR SUSPENDING YOUR ACCOUNT. Any individual cardholder without the consent of other cardholders may close your Account at any time by noti- fying us in writing or verbally as indicated in this Agreement. We may close your Account or suspend your Card privileges or Convenience Checks at any time without prior notice. We may also reissue a different Card or different checks at any time. You must return the Card or the Convenience Checks to us upon request. You agree that the Card and all Convenience Checks remain the property of us. Each Card we issue will have an expiration date. Upon expira- tion of your Card, your Account will automatically terminate; or we, in our sole discretion, may extend your Agreement and issue a new Card with a new expiration date. If your Account is closed, expires, or your credit privileges are terminated or suspended, you will remain responsible for paying all amounts you owe us according to the terms of this Agreement and any amendments or change in terms. Without limiting the foregoing, we have the right to terminate your line of credit and to demand the return of all Cards, Convenience Checks and other access devices if we, in our sole discretion, feel that it is insecure for any reason whatsoever, including (but not limited to) mismanagement of your Account, failing to safeguard any access device, creation of any credit balances by you that may increase the risk of loss or exposure of us or failing to cooperate with us or others with regard to any claim of unauthorized use or any other defense to payment under applicable law.

We will immediately cancel your Account after we receive notice from you. In addition, even if you are not in Default, we may: • close your Account, • cancel or suspend your privileges to make Purchases • otherwise cancel or suspend any Account privileges or benefits (whether or not such privileges or benefits are described or referred to in this Agreement). We may do so for any reason, including Account inactivity, in our sole discretion. We will provide you with notice of any such action if required to do so by applicable law. If either you or we close your Account, you may not make further Purchases. However, you will remain responsible and must pay for all credit owed to us (extended to you or arising from use of your Account prior to or subsequent to cancellation).
CLOSING OR SUSPENDING YOUR ACCOUNT. We may, at any time and for any reason: cancel your Account, suspend your ability to make charges, or cancel or suspend any feature on your Account. If we do any of these, you must still pay us for all charges under the terms of this Agreement. We may agree to reinstate your Account, reinstate any Additional Cards issued on your Account, and charge you any applicable annual fees and a fee to reinstate the Account. You may close your Account by calling us or writing to us. If an Annual Fee applies, we will refund this fee if you notify us that you are voluntarily closing your Account within 30 days after the Closing Date of the billing statement on which that fee appears. For cancellations after this 30-day period, the Annual Fee is non-refundable. If your billing address is in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at the time you close your Account, this policy will not apply to you. If your account is cancelled and we re-open it at your request, we may charge you a $25 fee. When you pay us by check; permission for electronic debit: When you pay us by check, you authorize us to use information from your check (such as routing number, account number and check serial number) to make a one-time electronic fund transfer from your bank or other asset account. When we do this, your payment may be withdrawn from your bank or other asset account as soon as the same day we receive your check, and you will not receive that check back from your bank or financial institution. In certain circumstances, we may process your payment as a check transaction. Converting charges made in a foreign currency: If you make a charge in a foreign currency, AE Exposure Management Ltd. ("AEEML") will convert it into U.S. dollars on the date we or our agents process it, so that we bill you for the charge in U.S. dollars based upon this conversion. Unless a particular rate is required by law, AEEML will choose a conversion rate that is acceptable to us for that date. The rate AEEML uses is no more than the highest official rate published by a government agency or the highest interbank rate AEEML identifies from customary banking sources on the conversion date or the prior business day. This rate may differ from rates that are in effect on the date of your charge. We will bill charges converted by establishments (such as airlines) at the rates they use.
CLOSING OR SUSPENDING YOUR ACCOUNT. 15.1. Either party may suspend or close an Account at any time upon written notification to the other party. Should either party exercise the right to suspend or close an Account, all Open Positions shall be closed by TD365, in its absolute discretion, at the Closing Price.

We may close or suspend your Account at any time and for any reason permitted by law, even if you are not in default. If your Account is closed or suspended by either you or us for any reason, you must stop using your Card. If we close or permanently suspend your Account, you must return or destroy all Cards. You must still pay us all amounts you owe on the Account, including any amounts that post to your Account after it is closed or suspended.

  • Closing Your Account Unless an agreement relating to a particular product or service says otherwise, you can close your Account at any time provided that you first settle any debit balance owing.

  • CHANGING OR TERMINATING YOUR ACCOUNT As permitted by law, the Credit Union may change the terms of this Agreement and any attached Disclosure from time to time. Notice of any change will be given in accordance with applicable law. If permitted by law and specified in the notice to you, the change will apply to your existing account balance as well as to future transactions. Either you or the Credit Union may terminate this Agreement at any time, but termination by you or the Credit Union will not affect your obligation to pay the account balance plus any finance and other charges you owe under this Agreement. Your obligation to pay the account balance plus any finance and other charges you owe under this agreement are subject to all applicable laws and regulations regarding repayment requirements. You are also responsible for all transactions made to your account after termination, unless the transactions were unauthorized. The card or cards you receive remain the property of the Credit Union and you must recover and surrender to the Credit Union all cards upon request or upon termination of this Agreement whether by you or the Credit Union. If this is a joint account, the paragraph on JOINT ACCOUNTS of this Agreement also applies to termination of the account.

  • USING YOUR ACCOUNT If you are approved for an account, the Credit Union will establish a line of credit for you. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, finance charges, plus "other charges") which you will have outstanding on your account at any time. Unless disclosed otherwise, the Credit Union will not allow advances over the credit limit. If the Credit Union has a program whereby it allows payment of advances that exceed your credit limit, subject to a fee, the Credit Union will provide you with notice, either orally, in writing, or electronically (notwithstanding the requirements of the paragraph entitled “Statements and Notices”) explaining your right to opt in to the Credit Union’s program whereby it will honor advance requests over the credit limit. In the event you opt in to such a program, you agree to the terms of such a program. You may request an increase in your credit limit only by a method acceptable to the Credit Union. The Credit Union may increase or decrease your credit limit, refuse to make an advance and/or terminate your account at any time for any reason not prohibited by law. If you are permitted to obtain cash advances on your account, we may, from time to time, issue convenience checks to you that may be drawn on your account. Convenience checks may not be used to make a payment on your account balance. If you use a convenience check, it will be posted to your account as a cash advance. We reserve the right to refuse to pay a convenience check drawn on your account for any reason and such refusal shall not constitute wrongful dishonor. You may request that we stop the payment of a convenience check drawn on your account. You agree to pay any fee imposed to stop a payment on a convenience check issued on your account. You may make a stop payment request orally, if permitted, or in writing. Your request must be made with sufficient time in advance of the presentment of the check for payment to give us a reasonable opportunity to act on your request. In addition, your request must accurately describe the check including the exact account number, the payee, any check number that may be applicable, and the exact amount of the check. If permitted, you may make a stop payment request orally but such a request will expire after 14 days unless you confirm your request in writing within that time. Written stop payment orders are effective only for six months and may be renewed for additional six month periods by requesting in writing that the stop payment order be renewed. We are not required to notify you when a stop payment order expires. If we re-credit your account after paying a check or draft over a valid and timely stop payment order, you agree to sign a statement describing the dispute with the payee, to assign to us all of your rights against the payee or other holders of the check or draft and to assist us in any legal action. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from all costs and expenses, including attorney's fees, damages, or claims, related to our honoring your stop payment request or in failing to stop payment of an item as a result of incorrect information provided to us or the giving of inadequate time to act upon a stop payment request.

  • Health Spending Account contributions by the Executive will cease on the Effective Date. The Executive may submit claims against the balance accrued to the Effective Date, until the end of the calendar year in which the Effective Date occurs.
