Your Right to Decline Courtesy Pay. Any owner of the checking account may decline the service. If you prefer not to have the Service, visit us in a branch, contact us at (000) 000-0000, or write to us at 0000 X. Xxxxxxxxx Avenue, Detroit, MI 48207, and include your name, member number and a statement that you are declining the Credit Union’s Courtesy Pay Service and we will remove the Service from your checking account. If you decline the Service, you will still be charged an NSF Fee for each item returned each time an item is presented for payment and returned unpaid due to an insufficient Available Balance.
