Z-Designated Classifications. Except as otherwise required by the Fair Labor Standards Act, effective January 1, 2002, compensatory time off may be accrued as follows: a. An employee shall not maintain a balance of more than one hundred sixty (160) hours of compensatory time off; 376. b.
