Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC) System 2.5.1 BellSouth will provide to <<customer_name>> Unbundled Loop Concentration (ULC). Loop concentration systems in the central office concentrate the signals transmitted over local loops onto a digital loop carrier system. The concentration device is placed inside a BellSouth central office. BellSouth will offer ULC with a TR008 interface or a TR303 interface.
Federally Qualified Health Centers (A) The Contractor shall not restrict an Enrollee’s right to obtain FQHC services outside the PMHP through the Fee For Service Medicaid program.

SHIPMENT UNDER RESERVATION PROHIBITED The Contractor is not authorized to ship the deliverables under reservation and no tender of a bill of lading will operate as a tender of deliverables.
Discharge/Suspension Grievance If an employee, who has completed his probationary period, claims that he has been unjustly discharged or suspended, such claim must be submitted by the employee, who may be accompanied by a Union xxxxxxx, or by a Committee member at Step 2 of the grievance procedure to the Hospital within five (5) days following the date the discharge or suspension is effective. RECYCLED BOND PAPER Consistent with the Board of Supervisors’ policy to reduce the amount of solid waste deposited at the County landfills, the Contractor agrees to use recycled-content paper to the maximum extent possible on this Contract.
