RECYCLED BOND PAPER. Consistent with the Board of Supervisors’ policy to reduce the amount of solid waste deposited at County landfills, Contractor agrees to use recycled-content paper to the maximum extent possible in connection with services to be performed by Contractor under this Agreement. 52. NO PAYMENT FOR SERVICES PROVIDED FOLLOWING EXPIRATION/ TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT: Contractor shall have no claim against County for payment of any money or reimbursement, of any kind whatsoever, for any service provided by Contractor after the expiration or other termination of this Agreement. Should Contractor receive any such payment it shall immediately notify County and shall immediately repay all such funds to County. Payment by County for services rendered after expiration/ termination of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of County’s right to recover such payment from Contractor. This provision shall survive the expiration or other termination of this Agreement.

  • Escrowed Bonds means Municipal Obligations that (i) have been determined to be legally defeased in accordance with S&P’s legal defeasance criteria, (ii) have been determined to be economically defeased in accordance with S&P’s economic defeasance criteria and assigned a rating of AAA by S&P, (iii) are not rated by S&P but have been determined to be legally defeased by S&P or (iv) have been determined to be economically defeased by S&P and assigned a rating no lower than the rating that is S&P equivalent of S&P’s AAA rating. In the event that a defeased obligation which is an S&P Eligible Asset does not meet the criteria of an Escrowed Bond, such Municipal Obligation will be deemed to remain in the Issue Type Category into which it fell prior to such defeasance.

  • Commercial Paper Notes means short-term promissory notes issued or to be issued by a Conduit Purchaser to fund its investments in accounts receivable or other financial assets.

  • Covered Bonds means any and all the covered bonds (obbligazioni bancarie garantite) issued or to be issued by the Issuer pursuant to the terms and subject to the conditions of the Programme Agreement.

  • Bank Bonds means any Bonds purchased with moneys received under the Letter of Credit in connection with a Liquidity Drawing and held by the Tender Agent, or its agent, in each case, for the account of the Issuing Bank.

  • Pledged Bonds means any Bond at any time purchased, in whole or in part, with the proceeds of a draw on the Letter of Credit upon tender of such Bond and held by the Trustee as nominee for the Bank pursuant to the provisions of Section 305 of the Indenture.

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.

  • Series 2017 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2017A Bonds and the Series 2017B Bonds.

  • Prior Bonds means the assessment bonds that are refunded in part or in whole by refunding assessment bonds.

  • Series 2020 Bonds means the West Virginia Hospital Finance Authority Refunding Revenue Bonds (Thomas Health System, Inc.), Series 2020 A to be issued as a combination of tax-exempt and taxable non-rated fixed rate bonds by the Issuer, subject to its authority and discretion, in the aggregate principal amount of $60,100,000, to (i) refund and retire the Series 2008 Bonds at a discount to the current par amount outstanding, (ii) fund a debt service reserve fund for the Series 2020 Bonds, (iii) fund the Operating Reserve Fund, if necessary, as described in Article IV.C.1 of the Plan and (iv) finance costs of issuance of the Series 2020 Bonds.

  • Refunded Bonds means the portion of the $2,348,000 of the Series B Bonds now outstanding that are stated to mature on December 1 in each of the years 2021 and 2022 that is to be refunded by the Bonds, as determined by the Fiscal Officer and specified in the Certificate of Award at the time of the sale of the Bonds in accordance with Section 2, and may include all of those Original Bonds.

  • Debt bondage means the status or condition of a debtor arising from a pledge by the debtor of his or her personal services or of those of a person under his or her control as a security for debt, if the value of those services as reasonably assessed is not applied

  • Stocks and bonds means stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and all other types of securities and financial instruments, whether held directly, indirectly, or in any other manner. The term does not include commodity futures contracts and call or put options on stocks or stock indexes.

  • Bond Purchase Fund means the Fund so designated, which is created and established by a Series Indenture.

  • Commercial Paper means promissory notes of any Conduit issued by such Conduit in the commercial paper market.

  • Senior Bonds means all Bonds issued as Senior Bonds in compliance with the provisions of the Indenture.

  • School Bonds means School Obligations issued as Bonds.

  • covered bond means a debt security issued by any member of the banking group, for which repayment to holders is guaranteed by a SPV, and investors retain an unsecured claim on the issuer.

  • Lead Securitization Date means the closing date of the Lead Securitization.

  • Trust Account Property means the Trust Accounts, all amounts and investments held from time to time in any Trust Account (whether in the form of deposit accounts, Physical Property, book-entry securities, uncertificated securities or otherwise), and all proceeds of the foregoing.

  • Bond Fund means the fund created by Section 6.02 of the Indenture.

  • Series 2015 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2015B Bonds, Series 2015C Bonds and Series 2015D Bonds.

  • Lead Securitization means, if the First Securitization is the Note A-1 Securitization, such Securitization; provided that, if any other Securitization occurs prior to the Note A-1 Securitization, then the First Securitization shall be the Lead Securitization until such time as the Note A-1 Securitization occurs.

  • Lead Securitization PSA means (a) during the period from and after the Note A-2 Securitization Date and prior to the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-2 PSA and (b) from and after the Note A-1 Securitization Date, the Note A-1 PSA.

  • Rebate Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.
