Toll Lanes definition

Toll Lanes means the Limited Access Highway lanes with respect to the Project as delineated in Section 1 of the Technical Provisions, in conformance with applicable Law.

Examples of Toll Lanes in a sentence

  • Commencing on the Service Commencement Date for each Project Segment and continuing throughout the Term, Developer shall provide all Electronic Toll Collection Systems and related services for the Toll Lanes in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 21 of the Technical Provisions.

  • Commencing on the Service Commencement Date for each Project Segment and continuing throughout the Term, Developer shall be responsible for toll collection, violation processing, revenue handling and accounting, and customer service and support for the Toll Lanes.

  • Commencing on the Service Commencement Date for each Project Segment and continuing throughout the Term, Developer shall maintain and operate an Electronic Toll Collection System for the Toll Lanes.

Related to Toll Lanes

  • Underground storage means storage of hazardous liquid in a subsurface stratum or formation of the earth.

  • Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:

  • PAD means a Preauthorized Debit.

  • Transportation Service means a service for moving people and goods, such as intercity bus service and passenger rail service.
