Common use of Zero Income Clause in Contracts

Zero Income. Participants must have income sufficient to meet any and all financial obligations of the program at all times, and cannot lose income for a period of more than sixty (60) consecutive days. If income loss is reported by a participant more than once in a 12 month period, this constitutes grounds for termination of participation in the Program.
