Participant Code of Conduct. 1. Must wear proper practice attire at every practice, and proper cheerleading uniform as selected by PBHD to all competitions and local events. 2. Must be ready to practice at scheduled practice time. This means proper attire, hair shoulder length and longer must be pulled back, no jewelry of any kind, and plastic headbands. 3. Uniforms must be kept clean and presentable for all competitions and events. Replacement uniforms are at participants' cost. 4. Must not exceed 10 unexcused absences. It is a team sport that requires full participation in order to succeed. The only excused absences are as follows: death in family(immediate family members only), extreme illness (i.e. high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, or highly contagious), or any extenuating circumstances beyond control of the participant. 5. Three(3) tardies to a practice will be equal to one(1) unexcused absence. 6. The head coach will determine if an absence will be considered excused or unexcused. If participant’s unexcused absences reach the maximum of 10, participants will be dropped from PBHD for the remainder of that season. 6. Will display good sportsmanship at all times. 7. Shall respect their coaches and follow their instruction at all times. 8. Shall respect all other participants and members of PBHD, as well as other cheerleaders while at competition events.

Participant Code of Conduct. All participants of the Arkansas Archeological Society agree to abide by and support the following Code of Conduct while participating or serving in a formal capacity with the Arkansas Archeological Society and/or the Arkansas Archeological Survey.
Participant Code of Conduct a. Your hosts abroad are looking forward to welcoming you and hope you feel at home during your time abroad. Please keep in mind that as a participant on this study abroad program, you represent your home university, home country, and the professors and staff at the CEPA Foundation who work to make this opportunity possible. Therefore, all students are expected to behave in a manner that respects other people, customs, and property. b. While the CEPA Foundation makes every effort to inform you about the local laws of the host country along with precautions about safety, health, political situations, and cultural climate, you are ultimately responsible for understanding and abiding by the laws in your host country. Therefore, all participants are advised to inform themselves about the host country in addition to the pre‐departure and/or orientation sessions associated with the program. All participants are expected to abide by the following code of conduct. Any violation of this code of conduct will be met with appropriate disciplinary action, which may include notifying the home institution and immediate dismissal from the program. c. While you are in a foreign country, you are subject to all local laws and regulations. It is important to be aware that the protections afforded under U.S. law or laws of your home country are not available to you while abroad. All participants are subject to local laws, and legal proceedings for criminal or civil matters. In addition to applicable laws, participants are expected to abide by the following program rules. Violation of any of the following rules may result in disciplinary action: i. Criminal behavior and violation of local laws, including theft and vandalism ii. Sexual harassment, disorderly, indecent, or obscene conduct iii. Violent or aggressive behavior iv. Violation of the rules in effect for the student residence v. Violation of the rules in effect in the Château academic courses or host university vi. Abusive language or behavior towards staff, faculty, or program participants vii. Violation of the Alcohol and Drug Policy (See below) viii. Damage to facilities including but not limited to housing, partner institutions, hotels, or transportation vehicles ix. Participant Code of Conduct. In order to participate in the residential programme, it is mandatory for each participant to accept to adhere to the code of conduct outlined below. 1. Participants are required to adhere to the CERN Code of Conduct1. 2. Participants are required to comply with all rules and regulations in effect at the CERN site. This includes adhering to CERN's safety rules and regulations, as well as following any instructions given by CERN staff or security personnel. 3. Participants are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings. CERN assumes no liability for theft, loss, or damage to personal property. 4. Participants must show respect for the integrity of CERN's facilities and for others on site. In particular, participants must always respect the quiet hours of the premises of the CERN Hotel, particularly between 22:00 and 07:00, and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity. 5. The CERN access card must be visibly worn at all times while on the Organization's premises. 6. Bringing alcohol or any illegal substances onto the CERN premises is strictly forbidden. 7. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the CERN Hotel, as are parties or gatherings of more than 10 people. 8. Participants may utilize CERN's facilities and service (e.g., library, restaurant, computer infrastructure) in accordance with the rules and regulations in force. 9. Participants are expected to follow the programme schedule, which includes activities during working hours as well as additional activities outside of those hours. Participant Code of Conduct. Participant agrees and covenants to conduct themselves in an appropriate manner in conformance with all local and international laws and rules and regulations of applicable independent vendors associated with their travel package. GBT, in its own sole discretion, reserves the right to remove any Participant that violates any law, foreign or domestic, is disruptive to the tour group or threatens to harm themselves or others. GBT will assume no responsibility for the travel accommodations or return travel arrangements for any Participant so removed from a tour, whether guided or self-guided. Expulsion of a participant from their Hotel, shall constitute removal of the Participant from the tour. Participant acknowledges that the travel insurance may deny any claim for Participant’s costs related to expulsion or removal under this paragraph.

  • BEHAVIOR AND CONDUCT The Student is responsible for knowing and observing all UCF regulations and procedures regarding behavior and conduct, including the UCF Golden Rule, UCF DHRL publications, and other official UCF publications. UCF DHRL reserves the right to establish or adopt additional rules regarding student conduct, as deemed necessary by UCF DHRL. Newly established or adopted rules will be communicated to the Student as provided in this document.
