Common use of Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Conduct in County Services Clause in Contracts

Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Conduct in County Services. Contractor shall comply with County of San Diego Board of Supervisors Policy A-120 "Zero Tolerance for Fraudulent Conduct in County Services.” There shall be "Zero Tolerance" for fraud committed by contractors in the administration of County programs and the provision of County services. Upon proven instances of fraud committed by independent contractors in connection with their performance under the Agreement, said contractor shall be subject to corrective action up to and including termination of the Agreement; and
