Zero Tolerance in Coaching Medi-Cal or Welfare Clients (Including Undocumented Immigrants). The County of San Diego in recognition of its unique geographical location and the utilization of the Welfare and Medi-Cal systems by foreign nationals who are not legal residents of this county or country, has adopted a Zero Tolerance policy and shall aggressively prosecute employees and Contractors who coach Medi-Cal or Welfare clients (including un- documented immigrants), to obtain services for which they are not otherwise entitled. As a material condition of this Agreement, Contractor agrees that the Contractor and Contractor's employees, while performing service for the County, on County property or while using County equipment shall not:
