Engineer shall notify the City’s Chief Procurement Officer, City Attorney, and the Director of any information regarding possible violation by the Engineer or its subcontractors providing services or goods under this Agreement within 7 days of Engineer becoming aware of or having a reasonable belief that such violations may have occurred, have occurred, or are reasonably likely to occur.
