ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY FOR HUMAN TRAFFICKING AND RELATED ACTIVITIES. The requirements and terms of the City of Houston’s Zero Tolerance Policy for Human Trafficking and Related Activities, as set forth in Executive Order 1-56, as revised from time to time, are incorporated into this Contract for all purposes. Architect/Engineer has reviewed Executive Order 1-56, as revised, and shall comply with its terms and conditions as they are set out at the time of the Effective Date. Architect/Engineer shall notify the City’s Chief Procurement Officer, City Attorney, and the Director of any information regarding possible violation by the Architect/Engineer or its subcontractors providing services or goods under this Contract within seven days of Architect/Engineer becoming aware of or having a reasonable belief that such violations may have occurred, have occurred, or are reasonably likely to occur.
